A. For most of our life we've heard people say that their "boss is a real jerk" or their "boss is a real pig" or he/she's "a real nut". But we also occasionally would run into someone who would tell us how lucky they were to be working for a "real gem" or a "real saint", so in honor of those too rare enlightened supervisors, we dedicate this site!

Q. So what is a "real saint" boss?

A. It is someone who realizes that they would not be where they are today were it not for the efforts of all the employees whom they supervise. It is someone who treats all the people in their organization with the same respect with which they expect to be treated. It is someone who not only knows how to do something, but also knows why it is important and can express that to others in a manner that is calm and clear. And last but not least, it is someone that you actually enjoy being around because they inspire you to be the best you can be.
