The purpose of our two websites is to allow people to express their true feelings about a person who on a daily basis can make their life a joy or make it a living hell.

No, not their spouse, we're talking about THEIR BOSS!

The two sites are:  MyBossIsARealSaint.com & MyBossIsARealPig.com ... one is devoted to honoring those managers that respect their employees, the other to exposing those managers that bully their employees. Which of these "boss personalities" is the most prevailing in the modern workplace? What do their co-workers think of them?

For our part, we have nothing but praise & admiration for those supervisors that do everything they can to make the workplace a satisfying experience (thus the reason for this website!).

On the other hand, we have absolutely no use whatsoever for egotistic bosses who go through life brow-beating people and claiming all the credit for the hard work of others. You'll be happy to know that for those creeps, we have another website where you can add their name to the [Bad Boss Registry].
